Tobacco Queen sells tobacco products intended solely for adults of legal smoking age. You must be at least 21 years of age to browse, purchase, or receive any product from this website. By using this site, you certify that you are 21 years or older and that all tobacco products purchased are for your personal use and not for resale to minors. We employ age-verification measures at checkout and upon delivery, and a valid government-issued photo identification may be required. We reserve the right to cancel any order where age cannot be verified.

We strive to describe and display our products as accurately as possible, including handcrafted characteristics, origin, and blend details. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content are entirely accurate, complete, or error-free, as natural variation is inherent to premium tobacco. All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price.
5. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge the full order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship only to jurisdictions where the sale and delivery of tobacco products is legal. An adult signature of someone 21 years or older is required upon delivery, and the carrier may request valid photo identification. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Tobacco Queen is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of tobacco products, all sales are final and we are generally unable to accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and your order details. At our discretion, we may offer a replacement or refund for verified issues. Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original method of payment and may take several business days to process.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, photography, product names, and design — is the property of Tobacco Queen or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise exploit any content without our prior written consent. The Tobacco Queen name and marks may not be used in connection with any product or service without express authorization.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tobacco Queen and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Tobacco products are consumed at your own risk. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Tobacco Queen is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within that state. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
